FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
What is the maximum capacity of the Plug-In battery?
The main battery has a capacity of 60Ah/2112Wh, which translates to approximately 2.1 kWh. Each expansion unit adds another 2.1 kWh, and you can expand the battery to a total of 10.5 kWh (main battery + 4 expansion units).
Can I order multiple master batteries?
To effectively manage multiple master batteries, you need multiple smart meters (not P1 meters) in your home or building. Each battery communicates with its own P1 meter, which must also be linked to a unique smart meter so the battery knows exactly what to do. Therefore, an average household can use a maximum of one plug-in battery.
I already have a P1 meter, can I still install the battery?
Yes! Our P1 meter comes with a built-in splitter. You can connect your existing P1 meter to it, so you can continue using it.
How much do the Plug-in battery and expansion units cost?
The main battery costs €999, and with our payback guarantee, you're guaranteed to recoup your investment within four years. Each expansion unit costs €750. All prices include VAT, and we'll help you reclaim it.
